Hour hand not lining up correctly

Ok, first time I have ever had any kind of issue with a watch. If you notice in the picture it is 7 oclock but the hour hand does not point to the 7. It does this for every hour all of a sudden. Anyone know what the problem is? This is really bothering me.

Hour hand just needs to be popped off and reset. QC should have caught it.

It was working fine. Not sure if a shock or something may have goofed something up.

That's possible. Just take it in. It's a 15 minute fix.

Unfortunately it will be more than 15 minutes because I will have to ship it to Dallas or San Francisco Rolex service center.

This is not the way I want to end a Monday.

True, but at least it shouldn't cost you anything. Maybe its something your AD can fix in house ??

Is it still under warranty ? If it was mine it would be going back to my AD so they could have a look and possibly service.

Luckily it is under warranty. That would bug the heck out of me as well.
