"What's Old is New"
Thanks to Norman (TimeToGo) I just fitted my "new" 78790A bracelet with SELs to my "old" Explorer II. Thanks again Norman!
This watch is an A serial with a 1998 production date. It came fitted on the older style oyster bracelet with the traditional end links. That bracelet has a lot of miles on it and is safely resting in it's box while I put some new miles on this one. Love the upgrade to SELs... makes the overall feel much more tight & secure. Not a bad looking 14 year old tool watch - love this one! |

Thanks for the compliments guys.
I haven't worn this beauty much recently and I am quickly remembering why I liked it in the first place. The SELs are an added bonus. Plan to keep it in rotation for a good long while! |

Looks great. I love the 16570 with the red hand better than the 216570.
