Warantee Card - Correct Way To Input Name

Friends,

I've got a Sub that's not winding itself properly. Bought here, TRF, last year about this time. I've got to go to the Rolex Service Center in NYC - not far for me. I have a blank warranty card, from Chung Mei in Taiwan. It's dated 8/12. It's not yet got my name on it. How is that generally done? Sharpie? Please let me know. I called them on the phone, they also said they would ask for a bill of sale. Since I bought it from a TRF resale (as new), am I s@#t out of luck?

It doesn't matter, I've had all kinds: ink pen, Sharpie, even a Rolex printed one with my name.

If it is a Gray Market watch that was imported, bypassing the Distributor, they may decline warranty work..

They will, however, repair your watch for a service fee.

"not winding itself properly" is a pretty broad statement...

Please explain in more detail what you mean by I've got a Sub that's not winding itself properly.
