Madrid - AP boutique, Chocron, Rabat, Joyeria Aldao

Barcelona - Rabat

Rabat is a great shop; they carry nearly all top brands, except PP. Pretty good selection of Richard Mille too. Also, in Barcelona, the Catalans are known to drive a hard bargain, so they are likely used to negotiating on price.

Have fun, Spain is great!

Rabat is a retail store, but really good, helpful staff, etc. The only AP boutique in Spain (AFAIK) is in Madrid.

Enjoy your trip!

I'd say negotiate hard in Rabat...then bring up the VAT discount; should work out to about 17.5% just for the VAT. So if you neg 20% off + the VAT discount of 17.5%, it's a pretty good deal. The AP will most likely not discount at all. I'd go for Rabat. Enjoy!

Did you stop in the Rolex dealer on the island of Santorini? Nice guys there; they also have a jewerly store on Mykonos, but the Rolex dealer there is a different owner. Santorini prices weren't bad - 10% off minus VAT-back, but then you have to consider the currency exchange.. I think most of the tourists in Athens are heading to the ruins. The European tourist season really just started over the weekend when most of the schools let out.
