18 karat gold, not solid links so there is less gold in your 2005 model than there would be in a modern 116613 I believe. Diamonds VS1 to VS2 or VVS1 to VVS2, IF stones according to this thread: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=309863

Not sure of carat weight of the diamonds though. I'll do some more digging.

The total weight of gold in most all the TT models would not vary a lot about a average of 15-23 grams of 18Kt gold in total with all the bracelet original links. Now on TT watches prior to approx 2007 the crowns were just gold capped over steel. But from around 2008/9 they started what they call monobloc crowns, now these are made from solid gold but the center is machined out, to accommodate a stainless steel sleeve, with s.steel threads. Other wise the gold crown if it had gold threads would wear very quickly, but the amount of gold weight difference between the two types is a very very very small amount. As for the diamonds they will be VVS1 to VVS2 quality and almost colourless, total weight in diamonds not a lot around .40 Ct 8X round cut Diamonds around 0.05Ct each

That is good info. I guess I can now justify the price of a new 116613 to my wife :)
