I am thinking to trade in my Yellow Gold Audemars Offshore Royal Oak Chronograph for a Rose Gold Offshore Rubberclad. Seems like the MSRP is close on these two models. What do you think is fair for the trade? I am located in Miami, Fl.

Can't speak about trade pricing, but RG RC any day...or might we talk you into a 44mm RG!

I would keep the ROC. In my opinion it is the more classic watch that will be a classic forever. Wouldn't look old in 20 years, and it is difficult to predict what the ROO would do.

Royal Oak :
I agree the royal oak is more of a timeless look but I don't keep my watches too long and eventually I may get and all gold 41mm royal oak if I miss it.

Offshore:
I love the 44mm but the lowest price I have seen has been $39k for ceramic which is unfortunately out of my budget. I would be happy to pay $10k to upgrade to the ceramic but don't think that is doable. The rubberclad I have found for $27k complete which is not a huge difference from my watch.

I recently picked up a brand new 44mm RG Novelty for ~US$36k from a boutique...so you can definitely find it cheaper than US$39K...just have to find it at the right AD/Boutique that is willing to deal...
