Greetings,
Got a few small scratches on my bracelet of my watch. i have an Omega AT Chrono. Also, just found a scuff on the edge of the face. Any suggestions on removing small scratches and scuffs?

You'll get plenty of advice here about scratches both in favor of removing them and against. I hate scratches too. However, be careful about over polishing your watch as it is "possible" to prematurely wear down the metal of your watch. A product you might try is called Cape Cod Polishing Cloth. Many have used it with great results. Many have had terrible results from over doing it. I've had mixed results with it. Remember, Cape Cod is for polished stainless steel and not for the brushed stainless steel. The Rolex Reference Page has a nice tutorial on how to use it. Good luck.

Hopefully someone else can provide you with some information on removing scratches on the brushed stainless steel.

Someone will be shocked when I say what I am about to post.

A green pot scrubber is excellent for a brushed finish. It removes the scratches and puts the brushed finish back on the watch. If you have a TT, keep it away from the gold. Some sites advertise of a pen that removes scratches on the brushed stainless though I have not tried it yet. You can find them on e-bay.

It takes nerves of steel and a non-shaky hand to do it.

For brushed surfaces the Green and yellow ScotchBite does a great job. The pens are drawn fiberglass. You have to brush gentle with these otherwise they can shine the surface. There are other methods - you can put out a call on timezone's Omega forum.

Don't worry too much about scratches on your Omegas; they're scratch magnets. My old Seamaster had a LOT of scratches and swirlies. Just the nature of Omegas. Wear and enjoy.

All advice that was given will work fine. remember, less is more and be patient. I also use my Dremel with different wheels for either a brushed look or to polish. Works great but I go real slow and take my time. Good luck.
