Authenticity / Genuine Check ??
Guys,
Can someone help me out with this, is this a genuine ?? Is available at a reasonable price from a well known auction website and sounds too good to be true. I am not au fait with vintage Rolex models so thought I would ask some experts No box / papers or service history Regards Ryan |

Looks good to me but I wouldn't call a 1990 vintage.

Thanks.
Maybe I'll see if I can sort a deal with the seller. |

Something to consider is that the Date model is smaller than today's DJs and other models.
Try one on before doing a deal that may not get easily undone.... Just my 2¢

Please clean that disgusting bacteria cess pool of a sticker off the back if you get it.
Also plan on a $600 service and pressure check as well. Other than the sticker, it looks fine.

Watch looks good but given this is an auction website, please sure you are satisfied that the guy has this watch and not just stolen the pics from somewhere else.

Thanks for all the comments guys, much appreciated.
I have contacted the seller and I am a bit sceptical TBH, firstly he is based in Indonesia (and that is no judgement on the place but I have heard bad stories about purchasing watches from there) and some of the replies seem a bit odd, could possibly be the language barrier but either way think I'll give this a miss and keep looking. Guess its true what they say buy the seller Thanks |

Don't forget you'll have to pay VAT and import duty as well.

Thanks guys, yes it was difficult but something didn't feel right. Always more difficult when the price seems too good!
