Getting a Great Deal on a Rose Gold Royal Oak

Guys,

I have created a short list of watches I love and am trying to identity which one I can get a great deal on new or used.

Here they are in order of preference:
  1. Patek Nautilus Chrono All RG (this is very expensive and unless I get a great deal, out of reach)
  2. AP Equation of Time
  3. AP Skeleton Perpetual Calender Chrono
  4. AP All RG Royal Oak Chrono - Black or White Dial

Can you guys please give me help with identifying what these can be had for as % off MSRP and if any can be had as a great deal used with box and papers?

Thank You

I am not sure about the prices and/or discounts, but check chrono24, you can get a feeling of what the pricing is on the different pieces. I wouldn't count on a great deal on the PP (unfortunately, because that is one badass piece).

That's what I was thinking, and if the PP does not happen, then with the savings from not buying the PP, add an offshore as well as the ROC!!

As others have said the PP first if not then the ROC. Iconic watches have the best price in UK, I think you can get them down to £25K.

£25k for a new all rose gold chronograph is a good deal. If I can't get a similar deal (30% or more) on the other watches, then this will be the one. I think the chrono is very slick, but the skeleton and EOT strike me as a more unique and special watch. This combined with the fact that I have owned other Chronos and never actually use that function on a watch, is why I put the EQ and Skeleton in front of the Chronograph.

I would think there would be some great deals around for a new (even more so for a second hand) Equation of Time or a RG Skeleton Perpetual Calendar, although I do understand these watches are probably more rare. The Skeleton has been around for quite a few years so there must some second hand ones floating around. The only issue with the skeleton in that I am 6ft, 250lbs and have a big wrist, so the smaller 39mm size isn't ideal for me. Even on the 41mm chrono with bracelet, I actually need to add a link or two on the bracelet.

I think its a great price too. I actually use the chronos quite often esp for cooking and running. Both dials are beautiful but I went with white/silver on the brown strap. The black looks fantastic on bracelet.

That PP is just sick!!! For the OP, given ur size, I believe the 39mm will be too small for your wrist. I had a SS PC and though I loved it, it ended up being too thin and small on me. Of the pieces listed, I'd say the 41mm ROC due to size.

I would NEVER buy a used PP.
When you buy a PP, its a very personal thing.
Yes, you will pay more, but are people buying PPs really concerned about saving money buying used vs. new?

Occasionally but I have other braceleted chronos too, and I also don't need dumbbells when I have the gold on.

I ran 5miles today with my YG GMTIIc. Didn't want to take it off and store it somewhere... Got my weight workout done simultaneously.
