Tudor 76100 and Rolex 1680

Hello,

This is a question for the experts. Will the bezel from a Tudor 76100 fit a Rolex 1680? From the research I have done, it seems like they are the identical case, just want to make sure before I buy it.

Also, what is the difference between 380 end links and 380B end links? The Tudor has the same bracelet, the 9315.

Thanks in advance,
Ralf

Bezel: I think it will fit
380: the b indicates Tudor but this is also the only difference.
