FightonSC (Jason) might pipe in. He has sent several in recently, so can give a better turn time.
Normally (depending on situation), 4-6 weeks. |

An experience I'm all too familiar with. I sent something in last week, was estimated 9 weeks. I've had watches turn around surprisingly faster than estimated date, and some taken weeks longer, hard to say. I'd avoid sending anything in during the summer though, they vacation quite a bit... |

Service turnaround really depends on what's being requested and part availability. Had my carbon Grand Prix in for service. Took about 8 weeks. Returned with a damaged bezel. Sent back for a replacement and took about 3 weeks to get it back. All via my local AD.
Sent in a 15400 for polish and crystal replacement. Took 8 weeks. Service center had gaskets on back order. Returned looking brand new. Either way, I would suggest sending it in yourself. This will eliminate unnecessary handling of your watch and possible damage. A hard lesson I learned the first go around. service center is a pleasure to deal with directly. |

Mine was 4 weeks quoted and just under 4 weeks delivered. Just long enough for me to buy another watch!

Complete overhaul and refinish of an AP Diver was estimated to take 8 weeks and they finished on time.

Many years ago, I had an ROC and the counters wouldn't reset and the watch needed at major detailing. I sent it via my AD and it took just short of 6 months. Handling by the AD was probably responsible for a month. Parts were required and probably had to come from AP HQ. When the watch came back it looked and functioned as new. In the end, I was happy with the results.
