Curious if these are franken watches?

I don't want to bring this guy down if I am off here as he seems like a very nice gentleman. I am thinking of buying a couple of these presidents from him as gifts for a couple of our sales employees. They have never had a Rolex and I think they would be more than happy with something like this as a 1st Rolex. {decent starter in my opinion} My questions are as follows...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-Mens-D...item27da3340d5

1. Is it common for these type of sellers to refurbish watches?

2. Do they typically use aftermarket parts?

3. 3 available of the exact same watch ?

I understand the straps are generic as well as the buckle and my concerns lie inside of the watch. Particularly using after market parts in regard to the movement.

Crown I figured you could chime in on this as day dates are your forte

Mods if this is a no go type of post feel free to remove and my apologies.. I have been tire kicking this for awhile now.
