Fake AP ROO RC?

I have been on the hunt for a nice ROO RC and have the searches saved on Ebay and this came up. I thought it was decent but what threw me off is the deployment mechanism. None of the RC'S I seen have the holes in the DM like this one does.
Is this watch fake or fitted with a fake band?
The description says RARLEY worn which leads me to believe it is the original band to the watch.

Thoughts?

One of the screws in the bezel is misaligned, something is fishy...

Also, you should compare it to a known real one, as far as I remember there used to be a problem with were the date was positioned in the dial on some counterfeits.

Something is fishy and sadly it has a decent amount of interest. I also noticed the misaligned screw as well as the fact there is no original paperwork. All of these things combined lead me to conclude its fake.

I will try to compare it side by side when I can get to a computer!

Tony meant 110% fake... Shoddy quality and we all know they don't make watches that are of shoddy quality. It's like comparing a Bentley to a Honda.
