La Jolla Jewelry appears legit...that's the good part. The bad part is with those pics you would have to handle the watch/open the back/etc. to see what's up.

As CC1966 said, Lajolla jewelry is legit but they do sell questionable pieces IMHO.. I would stay away from this one as well.. If it was not done correctly you are in for a surprise. Pressure tested etc...
