TimeZone doesn't grade watches for sale. The seller uses his interpretation of TZ's grading system.

I know that TZ doesn't grade individual watches, but if they insist on a grading system, then they need to enforce the rules. No watch with two huge gouges like that can possibly be considered anywhere near "95%" by TZ's standards, yet there are so many ads that clearly overrate the condition of their watches.

That's true enough, can't argue that.

How do you like this "98%" Speedy on TZ?
At least these jokers are contradicting themselves with their photos. This is why I never buy a watch without scans.

You folks don't find that "98%" rating preposterous? Come on! 98% to me means BRAND NEW from a dealer. These clowns are unbelievable.
