I was adding this forum on Tapatalk and noticed above it on the list was RWI. Presuming this was another Rolex forum I entered and realised it was for fakes.

I am not only surprised there is a forum that is quite openly showing links to dealers in HK that supply fakes, that the local population seem to think it is fair game and that they should not be closed down!

The bit above does not surprise me too much but these guys take it they are horologists and aficionados, they add genuine parts to a fake to make it look like the real thing. They add the Crown etc.

Who are they trying to kid? they kid nobody and the thing about a fake is you cannot kid who matters most….yourself. You will always know it is a fake and not the real thing, adding a few bits and bobs does not get away from that fact.

Save up guys get one of the real thing and enjoy how that feels, it is much better than having as many fakes as you want, no matter what Rolex parts you have added.

Personally I do not mind that market too much, I have a Sub C and knowing it is probably the most copped piece in the world means it is the most desirable for sure! I don't care if anybody thinks my Sub C is fake or real because I know it is real, when I look at it I know it is real and I have the really warm feeling inside as a result!
