Tudor Ranger Movement

Hi I'm new to the Forum, so hope this is posted correctly !

I have a Tudor Ranger which seems from the information I can find, to date from around 1978. (Model 9050/0 ).

I just had movement the movement stripped down and serviced etc. its an ETA 2784.

I don't have any manuals and would be interested to know;

Should this watch be hand wound at any time ? ( e.g when its wound right down ). Otherwise I'll just leave it in the autowinder.

What sort of power reserve would be expected ( new main spring & amplitude is at 293degrees ) ?

thanks in advance.
