Icon14 RSC Beverly Hills - Two Thumbs UP!

Long story short, I recently purchased two Rolexes (YG GMT and TT Smurf) and was disappointed when I found out that both watches were not "perfect". The TT Smurf had a misaligned bezel and the YG GMT had a misaligned bezel, two dust particles, and a tiny piece of lint by the serial number.

I took both watches to the RSC at Beverly Hills to be fixed under warranty on two separate trips and the turnaround was incredibly fast! The TT Smurf took one day and the YG GMT two days... and all issues were fixed by the RSC.

Though I am disappointed that these watches came with issues (questionable QC from HQ), I am happy that at least the RSC at Beverly Hills got the job done and in excellent time! This is my first "service experience" with Rolex and I'm a very happy camper with the level of service they have here. I am lucky to have such a competent RSC this close. This kind of service definitely instills confidence again in the brand.

Nice, glad they took care of it. Also, happy to hear that I'm not the only Rolex aficionado with OCD!

You are right on about the RSC Beverly Hills! I recently took my 116610ln to have the bracelet checked and make sure all the screws in the links were in tightly AND not only was it done in one hour, but they offered water, chocolates and magazines while I waited! I have dealt with RSC Dallas before and they were fine, but RSC Beverly Hills really takes care of you!

Will RSC charge if you go there just to get your bracelet adjusted if your watch is not under warranty? If so, how much? How long is the wait? Thanks.

The BHRSC recently assisted me in obtaining a 1.25 link for a Jubilee bracelet and their service was truly first class. Very professional and highly recommended.

I think the turnaround is faster there because they do not take watches in from ADs for service or they do not take mailed in pieces. So they don't get all the work that goes to say Dallas or New York.

Yes it was close temporarily... It is now back on with very competent watchmakers on site.

Nothing wrong with that! Happy to hear all was an easy fix yet disappointed that you had to go through it in the first place. Dust under the crystal... unacceptable at this price point.

Got to agree with Tim, no OCD here ~ just wants the watches right!

It was closed for about a year, I believe back in '08-'09. Its up and running again. Big jobs are often still sent out to Dallas but for little things, BH RSC is superb!!!
