Lume

Hi guys... I got a very big question just now about the new watch i just got last week. Check the picture and i find it very strange that the lume on all hands are off!!!! But lume in hour marker still shine great.

Im worried that the hands were replaced by the new one (fake??!!) or better case is they are still original but hour markers were relumed.

If the hour markers were relumed, why did all hands were not. Before purchasing this watch, seller said that all are still original, and i bought from a seller who is very experienced in luxury watch. Hard to believe if he cheats or got cheated. I contacted the seller and waiting for his reply, but can not resist to ask you guys here.

Please advise whether someone here have same experience. Does the lume of rolex can hold up to 20 years time?
