Jumbo too big for my wrist?
Hi everyone,
I know there has been a glut of jumbo related threads of late, and I apologize for adding to it.. Thing is I have always wanted to acquire an RO Jumbo to replace my ROO Panda, but have always hesitated as the bracelet seems too stiff at the lugs, leaving big gaps between the wrist when I tried it on at the boutique. Today I managed to try on a pre owned older version 15202, and the dealer was kind enough to size the bracelet for me. See pics And a Panda pic for comparison My question is this.. Do you think the Jumbo is too big for my 6 inch wrist? Weirdly the Panda wears better due to the pliable leather strap. Also would the newer Jumbo be less or more wearable for me? Am more keen on that as I like the blue dial and the position of the AP logo. All thoughts appreciated, really want and hope to join the club! |

Again can't speak to 6 inch wrist and Jumbo. I can say with my wrist size of 7 3/8th's it is one of most comfortable watches and sits perfectly on wrist! Love the look and feel. Only you can decide but do hope it works out for you as it is truly one special watch! DavidSW has one for sale now listed few days ago. Cheers,

I have a similar size wrist (about 6.3inches) and my Jumbo has a little gap also. I wear it a tad bit loose and it is fine. I think the Jumbo looks better on you than the Panda. BTW, I have that exact piece and it is awesome.

I think it looks a little big. But if it is what you want I am sure you can make it work.

The gap is totally acceptable to my eyes. Now go do yourself a favour, buy it!

Does looks a tad big. But if you feel fine with it, go ahead. It's a gorgeous watch.

Maybe this will help sway you and say who cares about gaps!

Always surprises me that most people agree this is workable with such a small wrist while a DSSD on an 8" wrist is questionable when it looks smaller relative to wrist size.
I think it's a little big but you can definitely make it work. More importantly, you should make it work if you love it. |

I'm going to go against the grain and say its too big. It looks silly, but then again those close up shots are deceiving. you should try on the 37mm royal oak.

Yes OP, have to say that both AP's look way too big on your "hairless" wrist...

Actually pretty rude if you ask me...Saying it looks way too big would have been adequate.

Looks a little big but its an AP, so better than a little too small imho, and I would get the newer blue dial like Ken's.

I've got 6.75" wrists and it fits like a glove
Get a hold of DavidSW to secure the one that he has. It seems pretty scarce. Good luck |
