Thanks,

I already own 3 AP timepieces, working on the forth.

Contemplating to go for the rose gold rubber glad or one of the new ROO models.

I have already a stainless rubber clad, black dial, but thinking of trading in my AP 26022OR.OO.D098CR 39mm rose gold/ leather strap.

It is a stunning and classy watch, but the bezel is so delicate, and I just afraid of dinging it.

Other reason is maybe I want a more sporty look.

The rubber clad bezel is such a great idea, if you ding it you hardly notice it.

The new RG ROO to hit AD's in April. I absolutely love the new RG ROO and think the gold and black dial really pop!

Welcome. If you have a steel RC you will love the RG ROO. The new 42mm gold pieces are awesome, just concerned about durablity of the gold bez.

My 39mm AP

Rose gold 39mm, nice size but the gold bezel is as soft as a coke can.

I purchased this watch a few months ago, and love the crispness of the case.

Welcome! The Novelty Rose Gold 44mm would appear to be perfect for you - the ceramic bezel is very resilient as a daily wearer.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

Nice to see some serious watch enthusiasts in this Forum.

I did try the 44mm, gold/ceramic. The watch is absolutely stunning.

However the Rubber clad is a watch that I love, maybe because the combo of vulcanised rubber and metal works so nice.

One thing I don't understand why did AP did not put a rubber bezel on the diver?

The rubber bezel has a certain level of shock absorbing, as I noticed on my chrono.

If you are doing a bit of scuba diving on a coral reef rubber would protect the watch quite well.

Welcome to the forum. Try the rose gold RC model number 26178OK. It has the new movement 3126/3840 from the 44mm yet is a transitional model. Only downside is it's not on the AP website so you will have to hunt around for it.
