GMT service starts at $600 at RSC. Add $50 return shipping and maybe $135 for a sapphire crystal and wait about 5-6 weeks.

Living in Dallas area, I can just drop mine off at the RSC here, but I've read where you can contact them and they will send you a box and instructions for shipping yours safely to them. There are some very well respected indys frequently mentioned here. RSC returns case and bracelet to show room fresh (as best they can without buffing away too much metal) and you get a two year warranty.

Lots of discussion on here on the merits of using RSC vs. local watchmaker. poke around. For me, it came down to knowing the service would be backed by a worldwide 2 year warranty and that all parts are certified genuine. Tons of good indies out there who only use genuine parts, but the warranty is through them. Choice is yours. You may save a little money using an indie. For me, it wasn't enough.

I do not know which Rolex do you want serviced, but I can help

My watchmaker can do just service and polish from $150
If you want the Rolex factory service it starts from $380
plus parts (if needed) as I said, all depending of the model you need to service.

I do not know what short of refurbishment you need
ie. broken bracelet ? or just scratches on the case ?

*Rusted movements will have to be assessed
