Anyone wear a gold bracelet with their rolex ?
Hi fellas,
I'm considering getting a 18k gold curb bracelet but I'm not 100% sure if it will look "ok" along side my Sub C. My question is, do any of you wear a bracelet with a rolex or any other watch for that matter and have no issues with it. One thing that concerned me is the gold may get scratched by the 904l steel and vice verser. I guess I need some guidance before I go out and buy one Thanks for your help fellas, Aude, |

Nothing should distract the eye from the watch, in my opinion.

Can't you wear the bracelet on your right wrist? My wife does this and it looks fine. But to have it up against a Rolex... not so sure. Do what feels right for you though. I'm no fashion consultant.

My 31.1 gram 10k wrist bracelet.
Picked it up off a guy who wad in need of $$$ bad. He had gone to a pawn shop and they offered 450$ CAN so he called me and i offered him 600$ and that sealed the deal. I just love the clasp. Clasp alone weighs 4.3 GR. All in all pretty happy with the purchase.
I would only wear this with my 16803. But now that it's sold i just wear it when the rolex is off or else it just clashes. IMO. |

I'm a watch and wedding band type, so I would say no. But to each their own.

Good score on the new bracelet Hulk! I wear a curb link 18K gold bracelet on the opposite wrist of my watch. I've worn a bracelet now for the last 35 years. My watch is a 16613. Of course, I think the combo looks fine. :) Cheers, Tim.

Just the watch and wedding band here. I think if I had a bracelet I'd wear it on my other arm. It would be too much going on for one wrist..

Is saw someone in an elevator a few weeks ago with a Deep Sea and a whole load of chains and bagels on his wrist, I though it looked pretty cool, although the watch looked pretty beat up, but I think it went well with his while hipster look.

Ok I have never owned a 10k gold item or a 18k item so does one get damaged easier than the other like dents or scratches.

Only other "jewelry" I wear besides a watch (if a watch could ever be considered Jewelry) is my wedding ring.

I used to wear a white gold bracelet and a pinky ring on my right wrist / hand. I stopped a few years ago, it was just too much. Now I'm a watch and a wedding ring kind of guy. Oh and a necklace that stays hidden under my shirt that was bought by my wife when my first daughter was born.

Nothing should detract from the watch on the wrist.
