FS: Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller DSSD 116660 - complete
This watch is from my personal collection. I bought it in October, 2013 at a US AD and the warranty has my name on it. As many people know here on TRF, I'm a big fan of this mastefully engineered piece but it is not getting enough wrist-time, so my loss is your gain. The what is unique here is that a) it is truly a complete kit, including even bezel protector and the original plastic box that Rolex ship the watches to the AD, and b) I only wore it a couple of times on a NATO or Isofrane so the strap is completely unused - fully stickered. This is truly as close you get to NIB/LNIB without paying retail price.
The watch is a late G-serial with plenty of warranty left. The watch has only been worn by me a few times and has never been polished, not even a Cape Code has touched the case or bracelet. I bet most watches that you buy from an AD has seen much more action in the display case than this copy has. MSRP of this watch is $12,000 (for now) - I'm letting this one go for $9,195 shipped/insured via bankwire. Hence, this is not some polished up M or V serial from 2008/9 that is due for service, it is a late production model that you can enjoy for many years to come. No trades at this point and low bidders don't need to bother either, it is well priced. I have plenty of references on TZ, TRF and WUS, hopefully so do you. Local deal in DC Metro area is welcome. Full package Fully stickered bracelet - it has never been used or sized. |
