1570 rotor scraping against caseback....

I recently purchased this 1601 datejust and I was hearing a very light scraping so I took off the caseback and I discovered the rotor was scraping against the caseback. Does anyone know what could be causing this? The rotor doesn't seem loose or to be wobbling. In the pictures you can see the 3 dots on the rotor that have been scraping against the caseback and you can see pronounced circles on the caseback form where they have been scraping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much,
Shane Cook
