I've heard May and I've heard July. Not really sure but I'm sure they will be scarce until the buzz dies down.

this summer but it gets there faster with a deposit conditional on inspection. that's how you get the call when its in before wholesalers and repeat clients get them first.

I think I am going to grab a BLNR now and wait on the sidelines while the demand subsides on the SD4000 a bit. It is certainly a "must-have," just not at a premium:)
