scratched my new one!!

Less than a week old and my new Tudor has a major (to me anyway) scratch on the bezel (at 1 o'clock position). I should have known better than to wear it on the flight back from Singapore, I think it happened while struggling to get my backpack on.
Now I am in South Korea with few options for repair. Went to my trusted jeweler in the small town where I live. He (wisely) declined as he was afraid he would do more harm than good. If I cannot find an AD in Busan (closest large city) with an onsite watchmaker, I will need to send it to the RSC in Seoul.
Life has its ups and downs.....
