I'm not an expert but it looks OK to me. Seems to be a similar dial to mine but in black.

However from yours (which is the most common dial) it is some difference I.e saying "Swiss Made" instead of "Swiss" below 6 marker and does not have the small markers between the second markers.

I am not greatly familiar with THAT dial but the other parts look generally OK to me. I would probably give it an OK but I am not expert.

It appears to be redialed to me, the Swiss made marking is usually marked "-Swiss-" - t Swiss t -" t Swiss t" or just "Swiss" at the bottom, haven't seen just a "Swiss made " at the bottom on an original, the rotor auto wind text looks off, and the cyclops on your crystal dosn't appear to be a rolex part as the cyclops isn't nearly as magnified as it should be, but could be due to the angle of the picture.
