The Daytona - If you like it, just buy it
I always hear on the internet about how the Daytona wears small so I created a thread with poll asking what size wrists current Daytona owners have. You can find it here http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=349472
I think there are many reasons for and against buying one but I don't believe wrist size should be one of them. As the poll shows, people of all wrist sizes have purchased it. If a guy with a 6.5" wrist can rock a Deep Sea then an 8" wrist can wear the Daytona. So I say, if you want one go for it! |

I really think anyone in the real world would think a Daytona would look great on anybody any sex any size, people's opinion on this forum well they are WIS's so expect all kinds of answers
As you said if you like it buy it if ya don't don't Here is my too small Platona As you can see it dwarfs the YMII |

No, no, no! You must do a poll first and get a TRF consensus and only then. Same for any watch. |

How many threads are we gonna have about Rolex's smaller models? As long as the person that purchases it thinks it looks good, that's all that matters isn't it?

I bought my first Rolex in 1986 (TT Sub). Have wanted a Daytona ever since. Bought my fourth Rolex from my AD last Christmas (SS Daytona 116520 white).
Since then I have sold other pieces and bought a Polar 216570 and a BLNR....both of which I adore. Seriously, I am yet to fall in love with the Daytona. I am still trying......for now.

It's only small if your into 44mm plus watches.
I for one would like to see it at around 37mm. |

I believe it is a great size! It has not been Maxi-ed yet and it fits my tiny 6.3" wrist beautifully!

The Daytona is an awesome Rolex. I love it for days when I just don't care what day it is... or should I say what the date is.
