FS or Trade: 14kt Solid Gold Rolex USA C+I 19mm Oyster Bracelet (1978)
I have for sale or trade a Rolex USA C+I (Clasp says it's from 1978) 14kt Solid Gold 19mm Rivet Oyster Bracelet which I had on my Rolex 1002, although it was not the watches original bracelet.
Because none of the bracelet had any markings on it I brought it to NYC to have a well known laboratory called GCAL xray test it with XRF technology to confirm it is solid 14kt and not a gold filled version of this bracelet. The report is one of the pictures in this listing. If you want better pictures of any piece of this bracelet don't hesitate to send me a PM. The bracelet has 11 total links and measures 6 inches including the end links, so this is NOT for someone with big wrists, maybe 7 inch wrists would be about the limit for wearing this bracelet comfortably depending on the watch. If this is on a daytona I think a slightly bigger wrist would be okay since it's a bigger watch. The links are fairly tight and don't have too much stretch. The bracelet does need to have the clasp adjusted a bit as it pops open accidentally too easily when being worn and requires a little pressure to close fully, I haven't had a chance to have this looked at by my jeweler but I just took it off the watch. This should fit any rolex watch which uses 19mm bands such as 1002, 1003, 1007, 1500, 1501, 1503, 15007, 15037, daytona 6263 and 6265 but I can't guarantee fitment unless you meet me and try the bracelet on your watch. It's difficult because there are no markings of what the endlinks on the bracelet are equivelant to, but it seems very similar in fitment to a 7205 bracelet with 57 end links (I had one of those on another watch). I am asking $1900 OBO shipped by USPS Priority Mail or a trade for a watch of similar value, but I don't have a ton of wiggle room in the price. PM me an offer and I won't be offended. If I can't get close to what I'm looking for I'll just have this fixed a bit and keep this for my 1002. These seem to go anywhere from $2300-4000 from what I have seen on other forums and ebay, although it needs a bit of work. I prefer cash in person transactions but would consider Paypal or other methods of payment with well established members. I am located in Danbury Connecticut but I'm willing to travel up to 60 miles to meet up with somebody from this forum. On ebay I am seller boostedonesix for feedback on jewelry and electronic transactions of mine. I can be reached at (203) 470-2203 by phone. |
