Do I send it back?

Greetings TRF and Happy Friday! This is a repost from the "WatchOut" section, I hope this is not considered spammy, and I apologize if I am breaking any rules...I know that the frequenters of both sub-forums could prove helpful.

Original post here: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=352652

I am hoping someone here can set my mind at ease about a replacement jubilee bracelet I just received for my wife's 36mm 16014 DJ...pics attached (sorry for the quality, iPhone).

I purchased this bracelet because the original was just too stretched to size correctly for her small wrist. I bought it from a reputable seller, but he had to source it from someone unknown to me. I have a few concerns.

My specific questions are:

Is there anything in the pictures that should raise a "red flag?"

Is this how a replacement bracelet from Rolex would come packed?

The end links - 555 with a "B" below them...I always thought the 555B would have the B right beside the 555. also, my understanding was that the 555B end links should have "open access" to the spring bar, because they were designed for cases with no holes.

The 011 clasp code - I can't find any information on that.

Any insight you could provide would be extremely helpful!

"O11" is the clasp code for Nov. 1990...

Bracelet is for a lug holes case.

Thank you for your input. If the 555 end link was for the original (when all DJ models had lug holes), and the 555B was made for cases without lug holes, providing access to the spring bars with an open "notch" (see photo below), should I be concerned that I have a bracelet with 555B end links without that open access?

Also, I know it is hard to see in my photos, but I believe the first digit in the clasp code is actually a zero "0" and no an "O"...am I mistaken?

I don't see anything wrong with your bracelet..

The endlinks come in a lot of different configurations and so you cannot say all 555B's were made for non pierced lugs as they come both ways and 555's come with the slots..

Only one like-Thread on the forum at a time so we don't end up answering the same thing on different boards..
