Would it be possible to use a 19mm jubilee bracelet on a 20mm DJ and just use the 20mm ends ? Thank you.

Yes, it is possible, but the first link past the end pieces will be noticably smaller than the end pieces, and there will be the same noticable gap between the edges of the lugs and the first links.

In other words, functional, but not very attractive.
