Great Grandmothe's Rolex

Hi .. I'm new to this Forum and have joined in the hope somebody may be able to provide me with some info about my old Rolex watch bequeathed to me from my great grandmother many years ago?

It still works but the winder and strap have both been replaced. I believe it has rubies inside and it opens using double hinges.

I can supply more photos if anyone has any information. Thanks :)

It's a ladies cocktail watch. They are out if style at the moment and not worth much in the way of money, however it's your grandmother's watch so it's very valuable to you I'm sure
