Question regarding meteorite Daytona.
Hi,
Kind of a noob question regarding meteorite Daytona. Are there any cosmetic differences between a slightly older models, like a 2005 F serial, versus a newer Z serial? Does one command a premium over the other besides the fact that it is newer? Thanks |

Apart from "Skinny" hands on early F-series Daytonas and the RBR on mid to late Z-examples, there should be no difference.
Article about "Skinny" versus "Fat" hands.

they also changed the 3/6/9 markers a bit; the newer ones are wider (same material).
looking at the recent pics posted in this forum, this occurred sometime during the Z series. Late Z and M Series (M series shown) Earlier Z Series |

i bet everyone on this forum could draw the dial of their watch from memory, from looking at them so much!! (i know i could after continuously staring at the meteorite since i got it a couple weeks ago).
it is just amazing the subtle differences that you see from all the posted pictures here; thats why i like this site so much as you could NEVER see this variety at any AD. |
