RSC Clarification
I pulled out my Factory Service booklet and it lists New York, Beverly Hills and Dallas as the official Rolex Service Centers for the US.
Apparently there are Rolex Service Centers in San Francisco and Chicago as well according to other members and google maps. Can someone explain the difference between the three RSCs listed in the booklet and the other two that are not listed? Are there things the SF and Chicago can or cannot do? Besides proximity, would there be a reason to get service at the SF or Chicago facilities instead? Do other countries have Rolex Service Centers that are not listed in their Factory Service booklet of their country? |

The listed RSC's are wholly owned by Rolex USA. The independents are authorised (contracted) to do the work according to the same standards and requirements.
The independents do not have to follow NYC policy, only their standards and requirements.

Good call we have these independant RSC's. Otherwise, many a vintage Rolex timepiece would never be serviced.
