FS: Rolex 5513 Submariner Meters First

Up for sale is a beautiful early example of the iconic ref. 5513 Rolex Submariner (1.6m serial) meters first.

Details:

Dial/Hands: Original matte dial with a beautiful even creamy patina and matching hands. The dial has darker spotting (likely from oil residue) around the rim of the dial and near the center post that is difficult to capture on the camera. The original lume still glows for a short period of time as seen on some of these early models. Hour hand is missing some tritium near the base of the hand.
Case/Crystal: Case has previously been polished and has scratches from normal use. Serial and Reference numbers are clearly visible. Caseback is stamped 'II 67'.Crystal is in good condition with light scratches. Beautiful bezel insert has nice faded grey color.
Bracelet: None. The watch will include a hand stitched leather strap.
Additional: The watch runs but service history is unknown.
