Where To Buy A New Submariner In Los Angeles . . . ?
I'm in the market for a new Submariner. Where's the best place (and best price) to buy?
I've been to Ben Bridge and Polacheck. Thanks. Marrk |

Welcome to TRF!
I'm sure one of our members in the Los Angeles area will chime in shortly with an answer.

Well I don't know about Los Angeles, but if youre ever in the San Francisco Bay Area (were only 45 minutes away by plane ), you should look at both Davidson and Licht as well as Shreve and Co. Ads.
They have an amazing selection and the service has been nothing short of excellent with me personally.

Welcome to TRF!
Probably, LA is the most expensive place to buy Rolex. Anyway, best of luck finding a Sub!

Thanks for the replies, guys. Keep the info coming.
I should have said that I'm shopping for a Submariner w/o the date. I want an "M" series with "Officially Certified" etc. on the dial. Prefer to buy through an authorized dealer with reliable product. By the way, is this the last year for the old style GMT II (the Pepsi bezel)? I'll be in S.F. and Berkeley next week. Is it worthwhile for me to wait? Will they negotiate price up north? I've been lurking on this Forum for a while, and even backchanneling some folks. Great site! |

I'd recommend Polacheck's at Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks. Great AD, amazing after-sale service. Ask for Paul and tell him Dan and Charles recommended you stop by.
I bought there and would definitely do it again. Ask if they can offer any discount; they will give it on some models depending on the price. |

Looks like Paul is going to sell me an M series no date SS Sub for retail w/o tax.
Should I pull the trigger? From what I have been able to gather, MSRP out the door is the best I will do on any Rolex. Quote:
