That watch looks real to me. Maybe the dial is refinished or somebody tried "cleaning it".

If you look at the bottom of the dial there are some yellowing of the word "swiss", I would guess that the watch has taken in some water around the crystal that discolored the tick marks and someone tried to clean it.

Yeah, I think it is real. I'm just dumbfounded how something like that could happen and if water got inside then...oh boy!

Since we don't know the history of the watch, maybe somebody opened it and tried cleaning or restoring the dial. I wouldn't be surprised =P

I agree that that the watch does look real, but the dial has been messed with big-time.

The 6 looks like it came off a 214270.
