Jogging with a Rolex?

I run 4 miles 5 times a week. When I run I wear my sport SS Rolex. The 12 hour marker usually faces down towards the street. I am wondering if 1/2 way through I should reverse it so the 6 hour marker faces down. To put even stress on the parts and spread the oil evenly. Does it even matter?
Please do not respond with " Why run with a Rolex wear a______________. I do it because, I can--It's a Rolex--It can.

This won't affect your watch at all.

You really ought to challenge yourself with the weight of a gold piece when you go running..... Just kidding.

Can't imagine it makes a difference.

Not a problem. I would not simply because it's a heavy watch and I wear a timex, but that's just me.

Just don't run with a Platinum Rolex. The weight is so heavy, it will cause you to limp and cause hip bursitis. Ot you could carry a one pound weight in the other hand to balance your weight.

Seriously, though, I was active duty Army for over 20 years and wore a DJ 24/7 (military for 24 hours a day, every day), including daily physical fitness training, rappelling down mountains, etc.. Had it serviced twice in 20 some odd years. You are good to go.

With one of my DateJust's at a family gathering one time I challenged some cousins to street races and after that day the DateJust started to loose 2 or 3 seconds a day.
Not sure if the hard running with flailing arms had anything to do with it but i always suspected it did. Previously it was gaining around 2 per day.
