So I bought a refurbished PC today on flea-bay, yeah yeah I know... Anyway the discount was worth the gamble. It's a fairly a new 2.5ghz intel i5 processor and it comes with Win7.

I think I'm leaning towards keeping it a Win7 machine for now and waiting for Win 9 as a possible upgrade. I think I'm going to skip Win 8.1 altogether. I use it at work everyday and hate it, but support for 7 will stop somewhere around the first of the year.

Anyway do any of you savy techies have any thoughts, tidbits, anecdotes chastisements?
