date magnification lens loose!

has anyone encountered this issue? when i move my ROO i can see the lens magnification lens physically moving!

this is like the third problem i have encountered with my watch. it has already stopped twice.

i'm starting to think this particular watch i have is jinxed and i should sell it off.

First time I've ever heard of it...but guessing whatever adhesive
they used wasn't enough or it got loose somehow. Sounds minor and probably a quick fix. Hopefully AP can take care of it quick for you.

so i called APSC and they told me that the date magnification lens on the royal oak offshore is not actually fixed to the dial and can move within the module.

hard to believe, but i guess if the official service centre says it is so, then i suppose there's nothing wrong with my watch after all?

If it's still under warranty, APSC will fix the problem. It's good to let them take a look if it is bothersome.

hi orangedial, they told me the lens is movable and this is normal... doesn't really bother me, just thought it was strange that it is not fixed in the dial
