Curious about this datejust
A buddy of mine bought this date just head, and we are curious about it. When we look up the serial on it, it dates it to 1978. The model number is 16014 but it's 2 tone?Any thoughts on this guys? Thanks

Isn't 16014 a 2 tone? Any ideas on the face? Is it factory? Just taken off of a 16233 possibly? THanks

It's not unusual for folks to replace the dial, white gold bezel, and crown with yellow gold

This or maybe it's a replacement case for a 16013...
