SD or Sub any suggestions?
Try to buy a s/s Rolex but cannot decide. Please give suggestions. Either a sub or sd. I heard they will replace the sd to deepsea, is it correct? Thanks.

I'd say go to an AD and try them both on. See which one smiles back at you the most. You can't go wrong with either one
As far as the SD being replaced, only time will tell.

We can all tell you what is best but there is no substitute for Trying the watch on your wrist!!! You will se one of them come alive as you do, and that will be the one!!!! If you want to get technical: 1) Sea Dweller if you will go deep sea diving (although not as deep as the abyss Dweller can) 2) Sub if you will probably consider diving and like the Cyclops. I personally like them both a great deal and would probably buy the SD as that watch feels more robust!

Both are great watches. You cannot go wrong with either one. The SD now has a big brother in the Deep Sea, and the Sub will undergo changes with the TT and SS models in the near future. Rolex is at the crossroads right now in terms of design. If you like the current (and more iconic) versions, don't wait too long.

As others have said, try before you buy. As long as you buy the SD

It's best if you could go to an AD and try them on. They tend to feel different on the wrist. See which one you like most on your wrist. By just looking at them or seeing the pics might not provide a good judgment.

Sub Rules!!!
I prefer Sub, more iconic. But SD is the "REAL" diver watch...

The sub is an iconic piece, but so is the SD. I love the SD for it's look without cyclops. Both is a good choice!
