What do you do when it starts to wear off..?

I think it looks fantastic, if it were solid gold and rolex put it out just like that I would buy it. The plating crap, it's just crap

Did they start with an Explorer II? First mistake was sawing off the crown guards. And who needs lume for cave exploration anyway?

Bamford must love TRF promos ;-)

This is almost as "interesting" as their PVD of a Skydweller.

Or they will be happy to restore it to its original condition; you know how obsessive they are about that...

Not sure they'll claim it's fake but they most certainly will insist on putting it back to all original.

Edit: Richard, you beat me to the button.

If someone saw it in the wild they would ask, "is that a fake Rolex". Bamford should not be allowed to turn beautiful Rolex watches in Frankensteins.

It looks like Chip Foose or Boyd Coddington (RIP) decided to hot rod a Rolex....

Gives new meaning to the term "You've been overhauled"....

Disturbing, and yet interesting, at the same time!

It's a matte coating, similar to PVD

I like it but not in that gold PVD. This is one case if they had just done exactly this but black PVD it would work, but of course if everything is right they'll throw in some wazoo move like a T-Rex dial with little t-rex hands for hours and minutes. Get a clue guys, goodness gracious.

Has anyone had any experience of selling a customised Rolex on? It would be a concern that if I bought one and wanted to move it on I couldn't
