Icon10 Ahhh...Those Saturday Incomings...(5990 ALERT)

After a week in Vegas for work, I'm back in town and can finally take delivery of my new 5990 tomorrow

I've been wanting this one since it was announced--and it's finally inbound from my AD!

Plenty of pics tomorrow

Big congrats! But I'll miss the WRUW shots of the RM.
With your incoming, I may get over it :)

Thanks guys!

It's been a tough week having to wait to take delivery, so one more night is (almost) tolerable

Didn't you recently acquire a 5980/1a? I'm glad to see that I'm not the only nut who doesn't think owning both would be redundant!

I did. It was really a stop gap for me, as I wasn't sure if I would be fortunate enough to get my 5990 this year (AD is only getting one until next summer).

Now that the 5990 is arriving, I think it WOULD be redundant and sold 5980 to a great friend who wanted a blue dial.

However, I could see how they might co-exist.
