Icon6 You are Stranded on a Desert Island

What 3 things would you bring with you? Yes there are some fruits on the Island, and of course fish/crabs. (Think Tom Hanks in Cast away) And no you can't bring a hot young girl/guy. Or a yacht to escape. There is no escape.

I would bring

a crate of beer.
Knife (please don't mention brand/type)
And some comfy shoes.

Hey, there is no escape from the Island.

Ok in that case I'm bringing a solar powered laptop with Google maps and Skype, but I'll use it to check in with TRF first, check out some watch pics.

You can bring all that wine Judy, I don't mind. I can airdrop it in for you, screaming eagle or menage-a-trois?

If I'm only going to have 12 cases of it to enjoy, send me the Screaming Eagle.

I vote you let a hot guy English, Tall guy do the drop. :-) He might slip out of his plane down onto my island.

I'd bring the following:

- Bag of gold coins
- Rubik's cube
- Magnifying glass

I like the Rubiks cube, that'll keep the mind busy. But what are you gonna do with the gold coins?

The Rubik's Cube is definitely key to maintaining sanity. But it would suck to solve it the first week. But with my IQ, I think it would last many years.

The magnifying glass will serve for fire, and pretty much last forever, whereas flint runs out.

As for the gold coins, they're fascinating to look at, can be pounded and molded into something other than a coin allowing for a creative outlet, can be used as a fishing lore (fish love shinny stuff), and if, by some chance, a visitor should ever arrive on the island, friend or foe, those gold coins could buy my way to freedom.

I skipped the knife completely - since I can make spears heads from wood or rocks. And it's not like I'll be hunting down wild bore. Fish will do - they're easy to catch and better for you.

Great answer, finally someone has taken my thread seriously and put some thought into it.

The others will be sorry when they end up on a desert island with their useless items they choose.
