Spring Bars & Zulu Straps
I'm not a fan of bracelets, have always swapped them out for leather straps or Natos. Actually, I prefer Zulus to Natos as they're much more sturdy on the wrist. Because they're made of thicker material than Natos, they're a pain in the a$$ to put on and sometimes can't fit between the spring bars and case. That said, I've been looking for thinner circumferenced spring bars to handle the thicker strap material. I've found some that work, but the bars aren't as long as stock examples and don't extend all the way through the lug holes. So, I'd like help locating spring bars that would fit a 14060m Submariner with lug holes (20mm), narrow in circumference to accommodate a Zulu strap yet long enough to extend all the way through to the end of the lug holes. Much appreciated!

I spent a sec trying to locate what you need and couldn't find it right off. Standard size is 20mm x 2.0 diameter shoulderless with 1.2mm tips for a 14060m. I would try and find 1.75mm diameter or 1.5mm diameter, or you could use pre-curved bars.
Have you tried the MARATAC NATOs? They are thicker nylon like the Zulu, and definitely more robust than standard NATOs. Unfortunately, they only come in a few colors, but they are the best IMHO. You ought to give them a try. http://www.countycomm.com/milnato.html Here is a recent quest I went on to find springbars http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=386869

Thank you Jason... Yeah, Maratec Natos are great, but prefer their Zulus, Crown and Buckle too. I took your dimensions and found 1.78mm diameter pins. Ordered some and hope they work. Thanks!

Yes, but putting them back on with a thick Zulu strap is difficult without bending them. Going from 2.0mm to 1.78mm may do the trick.
