Swapping Hands on a Tudor 76100

I saw the below Tudor Submariner model 76100 from the 70s on EBay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-Tudor-..._qi=RTM1963929

The seller is offering the original hands and bezel as part of the sale since they were replaced at some point.
How difficult and or expensive would it be to have those items placed back on the watch?
I like the somewhat beat up look.
The dial doesn't appear to have been refinished or resumed.

Thanks

My watchmaker swapped a set of hands for last time...

for £10! It was an old Sub and he didn't pressure test it though.

It'll cost you a few quid/dollars but no big job.
