Icon7 The beauty of a Daytona Part II>>

I've always admired the red letter on the Daytona.

If you guys had to choose, which one do you prefer? first or second?

I like the red letters in the first. But there's something about the second shot that captures the mechanical nature of the hands so I'm going to say that one.

1st one looks great. Now you are making me bust out my macro lens and match that shot on my Daytona :)

Really nice shots. I like the red Daytona writing, breaks up the dial nicely.

Is there a running seconds hand on the daytona?

I am going to say #2. I like the angle of the shot, #2 shows more of the 3 dimensional nature of the dial, the letters are raised up off the dial. The dial looks flat in #1. I like the color of the Daytona letters in #1, if you could punch it up in #2 that would be great. #1 seems to have a little more depth of field, (actually #1 has a strong band of in-focus area across the entire watch from bezel to bezel which is the best part of #1) I think #2 could be improved with a little more in focus area especially if you caught the upper text, as least part of it in focus. I love the out of focus highlight in the far subdial of #2. Great job in both, both are good shots.

The first one shows the red letters to advantage. Gorgeous daytona (that is redundant, I know).

Your photography exudes the Daytona - and vis versa.
