I like the NATO strap or however it's spelled. I haven't seen many of them on this forum, but I know my boyfriend used to own the exact same thing Enjoy it, it's a beautiful watch!

Great looking Sub, Dan!

Be sure to have it serviced before letting the watch get in contact with water!

As you'd probably know, do also NOT have the hands and dial exchanged. Just a gentle cleaning and service of the movement plus exchange of gaskets and seals.

Congratulations Dan,

Here's a shot of my 1967 5513 on the same strap. Some people don't like the Nato strap but they seem to forget the utilitarian heritage of this watch. I think it looks just great.

Here's another shot also on an Oyster bracelet.

I hope you have many happy years together

Hey Subfiend, some great old subs and a great pic showing different Nato combos. I have black, green and striped Natos for mine and swap them around for a bit of variety. I love them all.
